Pilates on Reformers – Where to Start?

Pilates is for everyone! Our professional team will guide you from your very first steps. Through Pilates, you can overcome back pain, improve physical fitness, boost athletic performance, prepare your body for pregnancy, or safely return to activity after giving birth. Anyone who practices Pilates will tell you—it’s easy to get hooked. It improves your overall well-being, deepens the connection with your body, and simply enhances your quality of life!

In our work, we strive to help people feel good in their own bodies. In today’s world, we’re becoming increasingly disconnected from nature, from one another, and from ourselves. That’s why we’ve created a space where, free from unnecessary noise and rush, you can focus on your needs and reconnect with your body. This is absolutely essential for maintaining well-being and achieving physical and mental balance.

Pilates on the Reformer, Cadillac, or mat?

At our studio, the Reformer is just one of the many devices designed by Joseph Pilates.
We also train on chairs, the Cadillac, towers, various types of barrels (arcs), and, of course, on the mat.

We recommend starting with an individual session (if it’s your first time with us, you’ll receive 2 sessions as a starter pack).
After the session, we’ll talk about what’s best for you and set up a personalized plan with regular training times.              Session prices range from 100 to 250 PLN per person, depending on the type of class and chosen instructor.

Individual Pilates Session

We primarily recommend individual sessions to focus on proper technique and address your body’s specific needs. During these sessions, it’s just you and the instructor. We invite you to join us at the studio, but online sessions are also available. A standard class lasts around 55 minutes, although we also offer shorter 30-minute workouts when needed.

Group Pilates Classes

We recommend group classes as a supplement to individual sessions. During these classes, we use a variety of Pilates equipment. Thanks to the small group size, the instructor can provide each participant with personalized guidance and exercises. All group sessions are limited to a maximum of 4 people.

Pilates Training Courses

A comprehensive teacher training course.
It’s for you if you want to become a Pilates instructor, or if you’re already teaching and wish to organize and deepen your knowledge and skills.
