It all started with a medical trainer course in Poznań at the BodyWork school, where I learned the basics of anatomy and working with the human body. From there, I continued my education through numerous Pilates trainings in Poland, including with Weronika Ratkowska, and eventually discovered classical Pilates and the teachers of Jay Grimes’ school. That’s when Gloria Gasperi—who completed both The Work and Teaching the Work directly under Jay—became my mentor. Over the past two years, I’ve been deepening my knowledge under her guidance, regularly visiting her in Italy, where I’m completing her original Master Teacher Program.

Pilates helped me eliminate pain in my neck, shoulders, and back (I had significant muscle tension due to scoliosis), and showed me the strength my body holds and what I’m capable of achieving through it. What I’ve experienced fascinates me deeply, and I believe it’s so important that I want to share this knowledge with as many people as possible. Every day, I see incredible results in the people I train—and that’s what confirms the uniqueness of the Pilates system for me. There is one system, but billions of people—each with a different body, each at a different stage—yet it always works!

I’ve been practicing and passionate about Pilates for nearly 6 years.
It may sound like a cliché, but this method truly changed how I see myself, how I feel my body, and how I accept myself. What’s beautiful about Pilates is that the longer you do it, the more positive changes you notice—not only in your body but also in your mind.

If you’re looking for movement that’s safe for your body, calms your mind, engages every little muscle, and improves spine flexibility—then Pilates is the perfect choice. Come and see for yourself!

I’m a classical Pilates instructor who passionately supports people in discovering their inner strength and encourages personal growth. I’ve gained my knowledge and skills both in Poland and Spain, which allows me to combine different approaches and techniques in working with clients.

I believe that Pilates is not just a form of physical activity, but above all a path of continuous development—of both body and mind. With regular practice and commitment, you can achieve truly great things, and watching my clients progress is my greatest motivation to keep going.

Pilates is a unique kind of movement and physical activity for me. Unique because:

  • It supports me in how I want to feel—both mentally and physically.

  • It encourages me, above all, to feel my body in motion, rather than focus on how it looks.

  • It invites me to engage my whole body in movement, instead of “splitting” into isolated muscle groups.

  • It serves as a foundation for other disciplines in terms of building stability, functional strength, and coordination.

  • Through this practice, I safely returned to activity after an injury and now use it to prevent future ones. It helps me recover effectively. It simply makes me want to move 🙂

How did I start?
Like many people—after an accident that “took me out of the game” for many months.
Luckily, that’s not a requirement 😉

You can start now, and all of the above benefits can become yours too.
You focus on moving—I’ll take care of your safety.

I’m a Pilates instructor, psychologist, and psychodietitian.
I combine knowledge of the body and mind, striving for their full integration. To me, Pilates is the foundation of all movement, and my passion lies in exploring connections within the body and supporting holistic development.

I believe that strength and health can be cultivated at any age.

I started attending Pilates classes as a teenager, rolling around on the mat with older ladies—because that’s what it looked like back then—and I loved the sense of calm those classes gave me. That’s probably why I graduated from the University of Physical Education in Warsaw with a specialization in “recreation for older adults.” After a 10-year chapter spent behind a desk, neglecting my own needs as a mom, wife, and full-time employee, it was Pilates that reminded me what truly matters in my life.

I returned to movement and deepened my knowledge of the human body—first through postgraduate studies at AWF, and then in two different Pilates schools. But it wasn’t until I started training under Kristina that I discovered space and flow in Pilates—like the cherry on top. Today, I draw from all my knowledge, experience, empathy, and sensitivity to give bodies exactly what they need in each moment.

Movement and physical activity have always been a part of my life.
It began with many years of practicing yoga and dance, along with strength and functional training along the way.
I discovered Pilates by chance—and instantly fell in love with the method.

Pilates combines everything I was looking for in a workout, especially mindful movement connected with mental focus.
What I love about Pilates is that in every session, I discover new sensations and capabilities in my body.
This practice brings the mind back to the “here and now” and requires full presence from the person training.

I came across Pilates by chance while trying to reconnect with my pre-pregnancy body. It quickly became an essential part of my routine—something much more than just exercise. By the end of each session, I always felt better—not only physically but also mentally. That’s the feeling I hope everyone experiences after my classes.

What I find most encouraging about Pilates is how quickly you can feel and see the results, along with the confidence that comes from performing the exercises correctly.
